How it works
If you are planning a visit to the Serenbe community and would like to rent a golf cart to use during your visit, you've come to the right place.
We take advance reservations so that you are ensured a golf cart to use during your visit!
Please note that drivers must be 21 years of age or older and posses a valid drivers license and we do not allow dogs or pets on the golf carts.
Just click on the Reserve A Cart button to check availability, select the type(s) of cart you would like to rent, sign the waiver and reserve your cart(s).
Our rentals/reservations are booked on a 24 hour basis.
You can select a pick up time that is convenient for you anytime between 9:00am and 7:00pm on the day you would like to pick up the golf cart and you will have access to the golf cart until the same time the follow day/each day you select for the daily rate.
Choose as many consecutive days as you would like. If you choose 6 days or more, the daily rate will decrease to our weekly rate.
If you are already here in Serenbe and would like a same day rental, please contact us for immediate availability as our system does not allow for last minute bookings.
Once you have reserved your cart you will be sent a confirmation email with further instructions on picking up your cart on your specified date.
Our carts are stationed at various locations throughout Serenbe.
On the morning of your scheduled pick-up date, you will be sent a text message with the location of your cart, identifying information of your assigned cart, operating instructions, and the key code to retrieve the key to your cart.
Pick-up is contactless, so you can pick up your cart whenever it is convenient for you after your scheduled pick-up time.
Rates
Daily Rates [5 days or less]
4-passenger Golf Cart: $60 per 24hrs
6-passenger Golf Cart: $90 per 24hrs
Weekly Rates [6 days or more]
4-Passenger Golf Cart: $50 per 24hrs
6-passenger Golf Cart: $80 per 24hrs
Cancellation Policy
We take full payment up front to reserve your cart(s).
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund (minus credit card processing fee).
Reservations are rain or shine. We recommend checking the weather a few days prior to your reservation.
Charging
All overnight cart rentals will be provided with a charger and an extension cord.
The golf carts MUST be charged overnight each night during your rental.
Please confirm with the host of your accommodations that you will have access to a working exterior outlet to charge the cart(s) overnight.
